Luke A lot of "blackened hardcore" tends to be as chuddy as it is chuggy. Ignorant and male. Sometimes you just want to bang your head against a wall and this is fine. But why should chug be at the expense of sophistication? Kokeshi create songs which are very heavy. Very heavy. But they retain the glisten of black metal, and the heart hanging by a thread frailty of golden era European screamo. Ignorant music for sensitive people.
